I personally use mix of multiple tools: First is my diary where I journal my feelings, goals. Then I use a physical whiteboard for jotting down tiny things. My main stuffs are in Trello board. I use Google calendar for reminders. I use HabitNow for tracking habits. Use Google sheets for tracking my Life Calender and Portfolio. Use Simple Time Tracker app for tracking time. I use Pomodoro website for office work. And finally use a printout for major yearly goals.
